The Land
We had this dream of owning a little home on some tropical island and wanted so bad to make it a reality. We did
not have much money saved but we did have some and we had a dream of white sands, SCUBA diving when ever
we wanted and no housing associations. We had started to look around Roatan and had seen several places that
we liked but none of them really fit what we were looking for. We knew we were going to have to do something out
of the norm…. build… We looked all over the island for just the right place. We found the old bird park that was
located in Sandy Bay. The park was relocated to the mainland and the land was a nice little spot right on the
beach in the little area called Sandy Bay.
